Redecorating my toddlers bedroom with Love Stickers

When we first moved into our flat, I bought every canvas & vinyl sticker around.. I was obsessed. Alyssias bedroom was full of wall stickers & eventually they started to peel off (all apart from one which I bought personalised with her name on). But this had to be changed when I decided to paint her bedroom from lilac to bright pink. Alyssias bedroom is the brightest room in the flat and I smile every time I go in there. I do love neutral nurseries but I also love a good bright colour too & I feel like this suits Alyssias personality much better than a bedroom with plain coloured walls.

Since redecorating I said I wouldn’t buy any more wall stickers due to them always peeling off, but then I came across the company lovesticker. We ordered a sticker that said “Daddy’s girl and Mommy’s world” as this quote is so so relevant to us. Alyssia has always been a daddy’s girl from the second she was born, he changed her first nappy, got her dressed for the first time etc as I was too weak to do anything after giving birth in such a short space of time (within 40 mins of being at the hospital). But although she’s always been a daddy’s girl, she has been my world since the day I found out I was pregnant.

When I saw this sticker I just couldn’t help but order it, this was perfect for her bedroom. I was super impressed with how quickly the order was delivered and when I opened up my parcel, I was so happy to see that it was exactly what I had wanted.

We ordered the “Daddy’s girl and Mommy’s world” sticker in medium, white and this was £13.99. You can buy this here.

As I said above, I have bought lots of vinyl stickers in the past so I know what to look for.. usually you have to place the stickers on yourself after peeling them off the sticky paper but I was so happy to find that this was one that you just peel the back off and rub onto the wall like this..

All you have to do is peel the sticker back from the sticky paper & place onto the wall.. then rub hard with your hand.

After that, all you need to do is pull the paper cover off and voila.. your sticker is up.

This sticker is absolutely gorgeous and I think it works perfectly in Alyssias bedroom. The white writing really stands out against the bright pink walls too.

Lovesticker have so many designs for all rooms of the house, here are 6 of my favourite nursery wall stickers.

Overall I really loved the stickers and I thought the prices were reasonable, I have bought lots of ‘cheap’ stickers in the past and they haven’t lasted long at all. If I’m honest they’re usually peeling within 24hrs but the sticker we recieved from lovesticker has been amazing, I am really pleased with the quality of the sticker and how fast my order was delivered. I would definitely recommend this company to any of you especially those of you with little ones who want to add a nice little touch to their nurseries/bedrooms. It is definitely worth paying that little bit more for a product that is guaranteed to last.

Thanks for reading,
